Thank you all for the sweet words and thoughts (and messages); my mom is still clinging to life, though due to fits of 'terminal restlessness,' she will need to remain sedated. It's been a very hard few days, but surreal to have mom argue with me and my dead grandparents at the same time; they were on one side of the bed, and I was on the other. The nurses are shocked at how strong she is. ♥ to you all, truly.
