Some Chianti Classico Riserva Rocca delle Macie and a nice lunch for my mom and I

My mother and I had some Chianti Classico Riserva Rocca delle Macie at lunch; it was quite nice. She first ordered some Pinot Grigio, but she is not a fan of white wines. We both had a glass of this instead. We watched a Golden Girls episode last night in which Sophia makes a wisecrack about narrow streets and drinking Chianti in Sicily, so I decided it would be nice to try this (narrow streets optional). With a delicious lunch, and a nice breezy day, I would say we had a lovely break from all of the stress lately.

winemaker's notes:
Grape Varieties: 90% Sangiovese, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot
Color: Ruby red tending towards garnet.
Bouquet: Rich, intense and complex.
Taste: Dry, soft, gently tannic with good structure.
This wine is particularly well suited to dishes of red meat, roasts and game.
