Shamielh Du Toit, 33, prefers the streets of Cape Town to a bare camp on the outskirts of the city were she was pressured to move six month ago . Advocates for the homeless say people like Du Toit are being targeted as the city tries to clean up its image before the 2010 FIFA World Cup draw on Friday and the tournament itself, which takes place next year.
