words dance is open for submissions!
Hi all, it's been a whole year since words dance put out an issue! I can't believe it!
This will be the 13th issue!
This issue is going to be different, I am only accepting 15-20 poets because it's going to be a broadside edition. They all will be printed in black ink, possibly on different colors of paper, possible embellishments, etc.
The poems MUST be short, like 3-8 short lines. The broadsides will measure around 4.25 x 5.5 inches, so keep that in mind. I want words that are intense, I want every poem to be a WOW. So send your best, please.
Here is an example of what the broads may look like :
I will be sending generic rejection letters back, so don't hate!
Send 3-6 NEW, NEVER READ short poems to : vervebathpress@gmail.com - with SUBMISSION in the title - submissions close January 10th 2010 - & I don't expect to send out the accept/reject letters until after then.
Send your absolute best.
