steinbordet i hagen                    stone table in the garden
er skjevt                                         is skewed

jeg tror                                           I think
at djevelen                                  the devil
har tilbragt natten                       has spent the night
der                                                 there

med syndene mine                    with my sins
som pute                                     as cushion
