Storm watchers run from the deck at a hotel on Medano Beach as a large wave overtakes their perch as Hurricane Rick approaches Cabo San Lucas, a popular tourist resort at the Southern tip of Baja California, Mexico. Tropical storm Rick churned slowly Tuesday toward the tip of Mexico's Baja California peninsula, after earlier being downgraded from hurricane status, US forecasters said.
