Regular Luciole contributer Dena Rash Guzman, poet, travel writer, photographer, activist, homeschooler and literary pin-up model will be a guest reader with the venerable world traveling all-female group of poets, writers, spitting slammers, spoken word artists and all variations of fierce artistes and literary types.
The group is Sister Spit and is associated with Radar Productions.
The event will be held on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009 in nationally acclaimed spoken word artist Dayvid Figlers Magical Backyard. Admission is $10 at the door and will go toward funding these women in their fierce trek to spread their fierce message of equality and female domination of the entire universe. No, not the second part, really. Maybe a little.
